Clark Reflections

For more than a decade Athline Clark was involved in management of Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument and other entities that preceded it. In November 2009, Clark left her role as monument superintendent for the Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources to join the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
