Pacific Islands Ocean Exploration Center (OEC) is now open at the Aloha Tower Marketplace in downtown Honolulu where the public is welcome to browse the exhibits and learn about the marine sanctuary system. The OEC serves as a collaborative center highlighting the unique cultural and natural resources of sanctuaries in the Pacific Islands Region.
